Police are looking for more witnesses after an accident between BMW and Harley-Davidson - Seligenstadt

(jm) The police are looking for more witnesses after an accident that occurred on Frankfurter Straße/Eisenbahnstraße on Wednesday afternoon. According to current findings, a 50-year-old man from Zellhausen was driving his BMW X 2 on Eisenbahnstrasse and wanted to turn left into Frankfurter Strasse at the junction. The traffic is said to have stood at the stop line in front of the level crossing.

A 56-year-old man from Klein-Welzheim was riding his Harley-Davidson on Frankfurter Straße. He probably drove past the vehicles that were stopped due to traffic. There was then a collision between the BMW and the Harley-Davidson. The motorcyclist fell and sustained minor injuries.

The vehicles suffered damage worth 1,500 euros. In order to clarify the exact course of the accident, the police are asking other witnesses, especially those who can provide information about the “traffic light color”, to call 06182 8930-0.
