MILWAUKEE – APRIL 19, 2022 Serial 1 presents Vittorio Brumotti as its global brand ambassador to jointly generate enthusiasm for Serial 1's innovative eBike range. You may know Brumotti from his breathtaking stunt videos—many of which have now been viewed millions of times—in which he rides a bike at lofty heights over the Grand Canyon, on top of the world's tallest buildings, or along the railings of some major bridges.
If you've been watching Italian television during prime time lately, you may know him from his segments „100% Brumotti“ on Striscia la Notizia, an extremely popular satirical news program in which he persistently uncovers and exposes criminal activities. Whether on his bike or in his free time, Brumotti lives life abbombozza—to the fullest—and is the ideal international ambassador to spread Serial 1's message: fun, freedom, and adventure on two wheels.
Born in Finale Ligure, Italy, in 1980, the 2006 bicycle trials world champion and 10-time Guinness World Record holder is a lover of two-wheelers of all kinds. As a long-time motorcyclist and big fan of the Harley-Davidson brand, Brumotti is particularly excited to be able to combine his two passions through the new partnership with Serial 1. „When I saw the Serial 1 eBike for the first time, I was immediately impressed,“ says Brumotti. „The attractive design, the powerful motor, the attention to detail—just like my favorite Harley-Davidson motorcycles. I just had to have one.“
Brumotti is known in Italy and beyond for his cycling talent as well as his journalistic activities, both of which are highly regarded. During the program „100% Brumotti,“ he films from his bicycle to highlight the beauty of the Italian cities he loves so much, while at the same time exposing their shortcomings, thus combining his cycling skills with his courage as a journalist to uncover and prevent criminal activities.
This unique combination inspired Prince Albert II of Monaco to appoint Brumotti as ambassador for the Peace and Sport Foundation in 2013.
