Shooting the family project with Paul Sr., Paul Jr., Mikey and Nick

I'm back on the road in the USA with Orange County Choppers. It got off to a good start today when we drove to Paul Sr.'s house together. Paul Sr, Paul Jr, Mikey and Nick are working on a family project.

Paul Senior and Junior are getting on a little better again.Together they try to get an old Buick from the 50s running again. The Discovery film team is also there, filming all the fun for the American Chopper series. I can't give too much away here, because this is part of the second season, which starts in spring. It's nice to see how the relationship between Paul Sr. and Junior is getting better again.

Mikey in particular is happy that everyone is in such a good mood and having fun with the old-timer. Paul's nephew Nick has to take a few knocks as usual, but sometimes he needs them to make him work.
The entire film team has just as much fun, there is no script here, they only know roughly what they want to do and have to make sure that everything that happens around them gets into the frame.

And something always happens when they're all having fun together, it works and they're on the right track.
We didn't get the classic car running today, so we'll continue next week.
