The date for the Harley-Davidson Euro Festival 2020 in St. Tropez has been set
Harley-Davidson Euro Festival from May 7 to May 10, 2020
Now it's finally been confirmed: countless inquiries have reached the Harleysite regarding the date of the Euro Festival 2020 in St. Tropez.
Although there had been advance notice that it would start again in 2020, the contracts were from Harley-Davidson not yet signed. And after the event was canceled in 2019, it wasn't really certain whether and when it would continue in 2020.
So far, only a few Germans at the Euro Festival
What is surprising, however, is that there are not usually that many German Harley fans at this truly beautiful Harley meet-up on the Côte d'Azur. The majority come from France, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
The most beautiful surroundings for riding a Harley
The Euro Festival in St. Tropez offers a beautiful setting for Harley riding, especially in Provence, where there are such beautiful routes through the unique cultural landscape.
Anyone who has been there will confirm this, and you may not believe it, but it doesn't necessarily have to be expensive. If you want to, you can, but you don't have to. If you shop around a little, you will find accommodation at reasonable prices.
Admission is charged at the event site.
There's no getting around the admission fee, though. It's a typically German thing not to want to pay admission to events. Whether it's Simple Minds performing, which would cost €50 anyway, or some other celebrity. It makes Germans' hair stand on end.
They'll just have to continue on to Faak or Hamburg before arriving at the event in France in a bad mood.
Fantastic backdrop on the beach
The event site is a unique setting, with the stage right on the beach. From the beach bar, you have a direct view of the sea and the large stage.
The Bike Show at the old market in Grimaud
A bike show that is unparalleled in our region, featuring impressive bikes and a large crowd of bikers celebrating the winners. The backdrop in the old town of Grimaud is also exceptional. Around the market square are cozy, almost romantic cafés filled with Harley bikers.
The strange thing is, however, that as soon as the last trophy has been awarded, the whole spectacle disappears within a few minutes and everyone has vanished.
Best bike weather in spring
In spring, it can be chilly in the early morning, but the weather on the Côte d'Azur is great for motorcycling.
