THE 30TH EUROPEAN H.O.G. RALLY IN SUNNY SENIGALLIA IS OVER
More than 100,000 guests celebrated the Harley lifestyle on the Adriatic Sea
FRANKFURT (12.06.2024) - From June 6 to 9, 2024, the magnificent Italian town of Senigallia hosted the European H.O.G. Rally, which takes place at different locations every year. Over 100,000 motorcycle fans from all over Italy and other European and non-European countries made the pilgrimage to the Italian Adriatic coast with around 20,000 bikes for the 30th anniversary of the event and experienced entertainment galore as well as a seaside resort that had been transformed into a Harley paradise.

Key venues included Piazza Garibaldi, the neoclassical Foro Annonario and the gardens of the Renaissance fortress Rocca Roveresca, where highlights included the H.O.G. Hangout Zone and the Harley-Davidson Expo featuring the latest 2024 models - including the Milwaukee-Eight 117-powered Street Glide and Road Glide.
More than 270 fans took a free test ride on a new Harley-Davidson and touring enduro enthusiasts were able to experience exclusive off-road experiences organized by the Italian Di Traverso Adventouring team led by flat-track legend Marco Belli. These popular tours took guests along some of the Marche region's best strade bianche - white gravel tracks off the beaten track - and highlighted the versatility of the H-D Pan America 1250.
On Friday, a number of extraordinary creations from all over Europe could be admired at the Custombike Show powered by Metzeler. Italian Mirko Perugini was crowned the overall winner, while the Metzeler People's Choice Award - chosen by more than 300 visitors - went to Diane Halhead from Great Britain.

Several H-D VIPs took part in the parade on Saturday, including Jochen Zeitz, Harley-Davidson CEO, and Karen Davidson, Global H-D Ambassador and great-granddaughter of one of the company founders and daughter of former H-D chief designer Willie G. Davidson. With their presence, they emphasized the global significance of the rally and led the parade together with H.O.G. members and flag bearers. Over 3,000 riders took part in the 33-kilometer parade and thousands of spectators crowded along the route to cheer on the bikers.
No H.O.G. Festival would be complete without good music, which is why this year's event featured an impressive national and international program hosted by Italian Virgin Radio DJ Ringo. Among the bands performing were The Picturebooks (Germany), Eric Steckel (USA), The Rainband (UK), Marky Ramone's Blitzkrieg (USA), HeaveniX (Slovenia), Timothy and the Gang (Italy) and Giuseppe Scarpato (Italy).

Kolja Rebstock, Vice President and Managing Director EMEA at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, commented: „The response from fans to the 30th European H.O.G. Rally in Senigallia was overwhelming - from local participants to those who traveled from far and wide. The guests came from all over the world, from Brazil to New Zealand.
This underlines the incredible sense of community that the Harley Owners Group lives and the strength of the Harley-Davidson brand - not only in Italy. Our special thanks go to the municipality of Senigallia and the Marche region, all our partners who made this event possible, our sponsors and above all those who joined us for this rally. We will announce where the European H.O.G. Rally 2025 will take place shortly and we are of course already looking forward to the next Harley events.“

The latter includes the long-awaited return of the Harley-Davidson Euro Festival in May 2025 on the Golfe de Saint-Tropez. During the event in Italy, the Motor Company announced that this major event, which last took place six years ago, will be held as the season opener from May 8 to 11, 2025 in Port Grimaud, France, due to high customer demand. The extensive entertainment program of the Euro Festival, which has regularly attracted more than 30,000 visitors in the past, will include performances by top international bands.

The H-D events that will still take place in 2024 include the Hamburg Harley Days, the Swiss Harley Days in Lugano, the Harley Days Dresden, the Harley-Davidson Charity Tour through Austria and the European Bike Week, which will take place from September 3 to 8 in Faak, Austria.
