The Hamburg Harley Days are in the starting blocks
Europe's largest biker city event is taking place this weekend

Tomorrow at 12 p.m. the gates will open again for Europe's unique biker city event: The Hamburg Harley Days are taking place for the 19th time. Guests from all over the world are arriving today and tomorrow. Around the wholesale market hall people are shopping, driving, feasting, talking about petrol and rocking out.
The event ends on Sunday with the big Harley parade , which this year will be led by numerous guests of honor: ex-stuntwoman Miriam Höller , the East Frisian Mr. T., Keno Veith , pro kite surfer and 8-time German champion Linus Erdmann , soccer coach Michael Oenning , actor and model Angelo Carlucci to cult Koberer Fabian Zahrt.Actor Till Demtrøder also there with his coastal colleague Bianca Karsten And presenter Hinnerk Baumgarten will also attend the event. On Sunday from 1 p.m. the guests of honor will be available for photos and interviews.
Line-up at the wholesale market starts at 10 a.m., departure around 2 p.m. The starting signal is given by the American Consul General Jason Chue . The route will be closed briefly during the parade. The closure will be lifted motorcycle
But before that happens, there will be a lot of good live music: H-BLOCKX are the headliner on Friday evening. The “time to move anniversary” tour of the crossover pioneers, who have already shared the stage with Eminem and the Black Eyed Peas, is almost sold out - and so it is a real opportunity to experience the live power of H-Blockx, a real veteran of the German music landscape, at the Harley Days. Another 18 bands also offer rock'n'roll, blues, rockabilly or southern music.

Brand new: the 2nd Hamburg State Grill Championship on Saturday , the Block House Cup on the BBQ Court on Sunday and a tattoo convention with around 20 tattoo artists. Test drivesof the latest models also particularly attract fans of the legendary V-twins.

The organizers expressly point out to guests that driving on residential areas (especially side streets in St. Pauli) as well as burn-outs are to be avoided out of consideration for Hamburg's resident population.
