RDRS Safety Enhancements
The RDRS Safety Enhancements – previously known as Reflex Defensive Rider Systems or RDRS for short – are a package of assistance systems that support the driver in unexpected traffic situations and adverse road conditions. They are standard equipment on every CVO model. Both when driving straight ahead and when cornering, they adapt the acceleration and deceleration forces to the available tire grip. They are controlled electronically and are based on the most modern chassis, braking and drive control technology. The assistance systems include cornering-optimized electronic brake force distribution (Cornering Enhanced Electronic Linked Braking, C-ELB), the cornering anti-lock braking system (Cornering Enhanced Antilock Braking System, C-ABS), cornering traction control (Cornering Enhanced Traction Control System, C-TCS), and traction control (Drag-Torque Slip Control System, DSCS), the vehicle hold assistant (Vehicle Hold Control, VHC) and the tire pressure monitoring system (Tire Pressure Monitoring System, TPMS).
Adaptive Daymaker LED headlight
The CVO Limited and the CVO Street Glide are equipped with adaptive cornering lights in 2021. In inclined positions, twelve additional LED segments are automatically activated, which optimally illuminate a curve according to its course, which ensures increased safety when driving in the dark.
Wireless headset
Every 2021 model year CVO comes with a “Boom!” Audio 30K” Bluetooth helmet headset, which connects to the “Boom! Box GTS” infotainment system and eliminates the hassle of fiddling with cables.
Thanks to the Mesh Intercom network protocol, a virtually unlimited number of drivers can be connected in public mode and lost group connections in the event of a driver going out of range are a thing of the past.
In private mode, a connection can be established with up to 16 drivers with a range of several kilometers. Additionally, the headset meets Apple's microphone requirements, allowing Apple CarPlay on the standard "Boom!" Box GTS” infotainment system can be used.

Is there now actually a maneuvering aid (reverse gear) for these heavy tourers? In some situations I would like that for my “light” Softail.
Hello, but there is such a thing. If you still have a warranty, you should discuss this with your dealer. For some, I mean, there are OEM sets, so that wouldn't be a problem.
