(Neu-Isenburg, 24.02.2016) Spring at last! Light, air and sun awaken that familiar tingling sensation in your throttle hand. But before you finally set off, you should not only check your bike thoroughly, but also your equipment. Have the visor, goggles or helmet been scratched? Does the leather need a touch of grease? Are the protectors in place? On closer inspection, one or two items of clothing should probably be replaced! Especially as modern protective clothing is much better than old clothing: Helmets are lighter, leather jackets are airier and textile clothing is more abrasion-resistant than in the past.

From a fashion perspective, spring 2016 is a time of stark contrasts. Black is combined with bright colors or, for women, with romantic pastel shades such as sand, mint or soft yellow. Checks are still en vogue and color blocking is on trend. As with the Harley-Davidson Colorblock Twill Shirt (Order no.: 96119-16VM, RRP Germany: 102 euros; RRP Austria: 103 euros). Made from 100 percent cotton twill with contrasting orange-red piping and decorated with embroidered graphics, it is as American as a men's shirt can be.

The products for Harley Ladies include the Speckled Pullover Hoodie (96217-16VW; RRP Germany: 102 euros; RRP Austria: 103 euros). It is made from 100 percent cotton terry cloth, which guarantees a particularly pleasant feel. The speckled off-white is adorned with a logo in subtle creamy yellow.
