Say goodbye quietly
There will be no Harley Dome Cologne in 2018

(Neu-Isenburg, November 30, 2017) Hello, farewell and farewell - there are many ways to say goodbye. In Cologne you just say goodbye. But goodbye would perhaps be more appropriate in this case, because this may not be a forever goodbye. What is certain is that it is one for here and now: The fourth Harley Dome Cologne was probably the last of its kind for the time being.
Unfortunately, it will no longer be possible to economically implement the major event, which is free for visitors, in the inner city area of the Rhenish metropolis and a satisfactory alternative area has not been found.
The event started in 2014 - initially on the grounds of the Tanzbrunnen. Around 16,000 motorcycle and party fans had a “super jeilezick” at the time, and 4,000 to 5,000 V-twins roared through the streets of Cologne. The event grew and thrived. Since 2016, the celebration has been taking place on Alfred-Schhütte-Allee, directly on the right bank of the Rhine - with a wonderful view of the cathedral and Cologne's flagship urban district, the Rheinauhafen with its spectacular crane houses.
It's a shame that this is over for now! But because you “never quite go” in Cologne, it’s not every day that it’s evening for a Harley-Davidson event in North Rhine-Westphalia’s largest metropolis. Maybe it will work again in the not too distant future? In any case, Harley-Davidson promises to stay tuned!
