Three great guide tours with the Alpe-Adria-Chapter for the European Bike Week 2021

The Alpe-Adria-Chapter from Carinthia offers three guided, beautiful and safe tours for the European Bike Week 2021. If you would like to take part, you must register on the chapter website www.alpeadriachapter.com register under EBW tours.
For those who have not yet taken part in such tours, the following information is available: The offer is free and open to everyone, i.e. you don't have to be a chapter member. The organizers are purely interested in the joy of riding and meeting other bikers.
Of course, the Alpe-Adria-Chapter is happy when they receive a tip in their club coffers for their efforts in leading the tour. After all, it is a lot of work to plan these tours, to ride them in advance and to offer them as an accompanied tour. You should also be familiar with staggered group riding and know what tasks the road captain, the safeties and the tail man have. If not, ask the road captain to give you a few tips in advance.

The meeting point for all three tours is at 09:30 am at the Arneitz site on Seeufer Landstraße in Faak am See. The tours start at 10:00 am. Lunch and a fuel stop are also organized so that the Sporties don't run out of juice on the way.
The tours of the Alpe-Adria-Chapter for the European Bike Week
On Wednesday, 08.09.2021 we start with a 230 kilometer long tour. It takes about 7 hours with breaks.
TOUR 1 - Bearded Man Tour BOOKED OUT
The first tour starts on Wednesday, 08.09.2021 from the Arneitzgelände at 10:00 am. You should arrive at 9:30 am. Of course, your Harley is already fully fueled, as it should be before the tour. The exciting route takes you to the Italian border town of Tarvisio and from there through the heart of nature to the Slovenian part of the tour. The stunning natural scenery is well worth seeing and the views are often dizzying. But don't worry: the entire route is easy to master, even for inexperienced riders, and the speed is constantly adjusted. Experienced safety officers with orange warning jackets and the tour's tail light ensure that no one is left behind.
TOUR 2 - Visiting Friends 2021 BOOKED OUT
The second tour starts on Thursday, 09.09.2021 from the Arneitzgelände, also at 10:00 am. This tour will also include a stop for lunch. Tour 2 takes about 7 hours and is 230 kilometers long. This tour is a new edition of the legendary „Visiting Friends“ tour series, which has already been causing a stir for several years. The Alpe-Adria-Chapter-Director chooses very special, sometimes unknown roads that even experienced Carinthian bikers are not familiar with. He also always has a knack for choosing the right place for lunch. Fun and great memories are guaranteed.
TOUR 3 - Carinthian Outback Tour 2021 BOOKED OUT
The third tour starts on Friday, 10.09.2021 from the Arneitz site, also at 10:00 a.m. at the known location. Tour 3 is planned for 5 hours and is about 190 kilometers long. Initially, this tour should have been the „Hallelujah Tour“ - it passes the famous pilgrimage site and the cathedral in Gurk. Due to the beautiful surroundings, it then became the „Outback Tour“. Participants can expect a mixture of long, wide country roads and small, winding climbs and valleys. Nothing that Harley-affine bikers would not be able to manage.
