Harley-Davidson Breakout 117
Traction control is standard on the 2024 model year Breakout 117.
The new Breakout 117 has been installing traction control as standard since this year.

Test drive with the Breakout 117! Traction control in a practical test
During my test ride, I was able to take a closer look at the character of the Breakout—in particular, when the traction control really kicks in and whether you get the feeling that the machine is perhaps being regulated too much. But don't worry: the Breakout remains untamed. Of course, you still have to be a little careful on wet asphalt when you open the throttle fully.
But as soon as the traction control registers that the tire is spinning, it intervenes quite perfectly without the driver noticing any noticeable loss of power. It simply continues to pull as if the road were dry.
In my YouTube video, you can get an impression of how I really put my foot down :-). If you want to drive without traction control for a while, you can deactivate it using the switch on the dashboard.“

More InformationDuring my test ride last year, when I was riding the Atlas Silver Breakout, I noticed how comfortable the seat on this bike is. I assume that you can easily cover longer distances on it. That's probably why Harley-Davidson decided to equip the Breakout 117 with cruise control.
Modern features and practical details for maximum performance and comfort
The Breakout 117 also impresses with modern features such as a digital speedometer with LCD display in the handlebar clamp, LED headlights, electronic cruise control, and a USB port. Practical details such as an immobilizer, keyless ignition, and a range indicator are also included.
Visually, the model impresses with forward-mounted footrests and a removable passenger seat. The self-resetting turn signals and LED combination turn signals at the rear round off the package. The integrated hazard warning lights provide even greater safety, while a connection for the battery charger increases everyday convenience.
New colors and standard cruise control for even more driving pleasure
The Breakout 117 is available in several attractive colors: Billiard Gray, Vivid Black, White Onyx Pearl, Alpine Green, and Blue Burst. Each of these colors gives the motorcycle its own unique look and makes it a real eye-catcher on the road.
In addition, the Breakout 117 now comes standard with cruise control, which makes longer rides even more relaxing. This electronic speed control system is ideal for tours where you want to maintain a constant speed without having to constantly twist the throttle. Not only is this convenient, it's also another example of how Harley-Davidson equips the Breakout 117 with modern technologies to optimize the riding experience.
