Welcome to the 20th Summertime Party on the island of Sylt

At the moment, the island is not yet showing its best side, but even if it is, Harley riders are not made of sugar. You are all the more rewarded when the sun comes out and a pleasant breeze blows through your face.

The last few days there has already been some excitement, on Wednesday the wind was so strong that not all trains were able to run, then you can still count on the Sylt Avoid the ferry. It is always advisable to make a reservation in advance, even if you have to change ferries, otherwise you may have to queue a little longer or not get on at all.

But the worst is probably over now, according to the weather forecast it will continue to rain until the early evening on Friday, but today it's not quite so bad. The rain will be over in time for sunset on the terrace of the Kursaal. Then it's time to enjoy the party. This year's raffle once again has some great prizes, including a luxury cruise to the south.

On Saturday for the Parade This year the route is a little different than usual, but of course it also leads back to List to Gosch, where the scampi are already waiting for the Harley riders.

„20 years of the Summertime Party Sylt“

The Sylt Chapter event has already been established on the island for 20 years, they can look back on twenty successful years, even if the weather has blown up in their faces left and right a few times, they have always managed to master it and such an event always involves a lot of effort on the part of everyone involved, including the Sylt Fashion Dealer, which is the official supporter of the Sylt Chapter.

The Summertime Party is not one of the typical one-day or large events, it is manageable and most Harley riders come to the island a few days beforehand anyway and enjoy what the island of Sylt has to offer them, „small but nice“ is what the North Germans would say!.
