NEU-ISENBURG, December 8, 2021 – Good news from Harley-Davidson : The Swiss Harley Days 2022 are scheduled to take place!
Even though the bike event had to be canceled in the last two years due to the pandemic, Harley-Davidson is once again doing everything in its power to make the mega event a reality. There is already a date: The sixth new edition of the Swiss Harley Days is scheduled to take place in Lugano from July 1st to 3rd, 2022, subject to further pandemic developments. The past two years have clearly shown that you have to be flexible when planning major events. In order to be as prepared as possible for all conceivable eventualities, Harley-Davidson is currently developing different concepts for holding the Swiss Harley Days. “Of course, we know that the pandemic can disrupt our current plans at any time, but if we can make it possible, then we will make it possible!
We want to send a positive signal of confidence, especially in these difficult times,” says Kolja Rebstock , Regional Vice President EMEA at Harley-Davidson, optimistically. “Our Harley community is extremely important to us and we have the big goal of finally being able to celebrate our bike passion and freedom on two wheels together again at the Swiss Harley Days in July 2022.” Nevertheless, the event remains to be held depending on the currently applicable Corona regulations.
“We are therefore monitoring the situation closely so that we can react accordingly,” adds Rebstock. “The safety of our community and visitors is our top priority.” No matter what the event looks like, one thing is already clear: the largest bike event in Switzerland will take place in beautiful Lugano in Ticino – together with the Harley community .
The picturesque town on the edge of Lake Lugano not only offers the perfect stage for a diverse supporting program, but also the ideal starting point for relaxed cruising in the picturesque Swiss surroundings.
