WOMEN'S MOTORCYCLE COMMUNITY: HARLEY-DAVIDSON® IS MAIN SPONSOR OF THE PETROLETTES FESTIVAL
NEW ISENBURG, May 31, 2022 – Harley-Davidson will be the main sponsor of the Petrolettes Festival 2022 for the first time. With the event partnership, Harley-Davidson wants to strengthen the enthusiasm of female fans and inspire more women to ride motorcycles. Even before the festival, which takes place from July 8th to 10th in Thuringia on the legendary Schleizer triangle race track, the Petrolettes are organizing their annual “Rällly”: On June 4th and 5th, bikers from all over the world will start the machines together for rally rides in numerous German cities.

Festival and networking
The legendary Schleizer triangle racetrack will be the venue for the popular biker meeting from July 8th to 10th, 2022. Under the motto “Encourage and Inspire Women”, the event offers visitors the opportunity to share their passion for motorcycles, travel, racing and adventure over a weekend. In addition to female music acts, there will be a live program with workshops, panel discussions and many networking opportunities. As the main sponsor of the event, Harley-Davidson offers an absolute highlight with the brand experience and, among other things, provides a variety of bikes for test rides. The Petrolettes Festival is taking place for the fifth time and is the only motorcycle festival by women for women in all of Europe.
The next opportunity to start the machines together with Harley-Davidson and the Petrolettes will be on the “Rällly” weekend on June 4th and 5th. Associations, clubs and individual bikers meet in 215 cities and 43 countries to set an example for more diversity in the scene. The campaign also has the motto “Ride with Purpose”: parts of the sponsorship support flow into projects that are committed to improving the mobility and freedom of movement of women worldwide.
