In cooperation with the respected clothing specialist REV'IT! Harley-Davidson has developed high-quality equipment for adventure touring bikers. Each piece in the collection offers modern style while meeting all expectations for protection, versatility and freedom of movement - both on and off-road.
When it comes to protective clothing for motorcyclists that combines functionality and sophisticated style, REV'IT! and Harley-Davidson share the same values. Successful adventure touring equipment provides protection, freedom of movement and good visibility for other road users, is versatile all year round and also offers storage space. The extensive feedback and a lot of experience from bikers were incorporated into the development of this new rider clothing.
The adventure touring equipment from Harley-Davidson and REV'IT!
The HD dealers offer the complete equipment for men and women in two versions - Passage and Grit.
Passage jacket and trousers
The Passage jacket and trousers are robust, comfortable and waterproof. The rain and wind-repellent outer layer is equipped with breathable Hydratex 3L membrane technology on the inside and ensures good abrasion and tear resistance. In warmer temperatures, the thermal lining can be removed from the trousers.
The jacket and trousers have an adaptable, waterproof c_change membrane from Schoeller. Within the jacket, this is placed in areas where its stretch properties improve comfort and freedom of movement.
The jacket and pants are also equipped with VCS Aquadefence, a ventilation system that improves air flow when biking on warm days. The ventilation openings can be opened and closed with one hand - even with gloves. Thanks to mechanical closures, they remain in the desired position after opening, using a magnet-like system. When open, VCS Aquadefence ensures direct ventilation of the body. However, if the zipper or panel is closed, they close with the integrated water drain, which makes the jacket and pants windproof and waterproof. These features give the rider numerous ventilation options and the garments are waterproof when the vents are closed for versatile comfort in all conditions.
The PW Shell 500D fabric is characterized by high tear and abrasion resistance as well as good durability, which means that this rider clothing can also meet the challenges of off-road driving.
The jacket features a removable kidney belt that supports the rider's lower back and provides additional comfort.
Grit jacket and pants
The Grit line jacket and trousers are designed for year-round use and therefore feature a thermal lining and a waterproof lining, both of which are removable. The driver can use the thermal lining on cooler days or for trips outside the city, but can do without it on higher temperatures or during strenuous off-road rides. In cold, wet weather, a combination of inner and thermal lining is recommended. On warm but wet days, the rider can also only use the waterproof lining of the jacket. Overall, the Grit jacket and trousers offer a high level of flexibly adjustable comfort.
The breathable outer layer of the Grit jacket and trousers is wind- and water-repellent as well as abrasion and tear-resistant. It has the breathable Hydratex 3L membrane technology on the inside. This means that the driver's clothing is as durable as it is comfortable. The inner layer of the trousers is removable.
The Grit jacket is not completely waterproof as the Hydratex 3L inner jacket can also be removed.

General features of the Passage and Grit line jackets and trousers
Slim Fit: reduces the tendency of clothing to flutter, is light and increases freedom of movement on the bike.
REV'IT! Seeflex CE Level 2 protectors on the shoulders and elbows in the jacket and on the hips and knees in the trousers ensure safety.
The REV'IT! Seesoft CE Level 2 back protector ensures additional safety.
The two-way press-stud collar can be used to regulate the airflow to the neck, increasing rider comfort.
The Flexisnap jacket collar allows the rider to adjust the neck circumference of the jacket so they can wear different layers underneath.
The fit of the individual parts can be adjusted using variable, height-adjustable straps.
The jackets and trousers can be combined with each other as desired, so that different sets can be put together depending on the desired features, fit and budget.
Gloves for women and men
The thermally insulated and waterproof Passage Adventure Gloves for men and women are suitable for all weather conditions - thanks to Hydratex impregnation and grip technology, which ensure that hands stay warm in the cold and dry when sweating. External seams prevent pressure points and give the driver the necessary sensitivity.
Ventilation openings on the ankle shells ensure sufficient air circulation and therefore pleasant cooling. The materials used include honeycomb thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and impact-resistant aluminum. The palm and thumb have an abrasion-resistant TPU hard shell. Thanks to adjustable cuffs on the wrists, a secure and precise fit is guaranteed.
Designed for summer, the Grit Adventure Gloves for men and women offer a balanced combination of comfort and protection from wind and weather. Ultralight and ventilated thermoplastic rubber (TPR) material is used on the ankles, which has good resistance to bending fatigue and is very tear-resistant. Its ventilated structure allows air to circulate directly on the hand. The same material is also used on the thumb, fingers and palm.
Direct air circulation is also ensured by the air stretch mesh material. The drum-dyed goatskin and PWR Shell 500D stretch fabric outer shell has a durable, water- and stain-repellent finish. There is a microfiber patch in the palm area that ensures a firm grip on the handlebars. External seams prevent pressure points and give the driver the necessary sensitivity. The adjustable cuffs on the wrists ensure a secure and precise fit. The REV'IT! Connect finger tip technology is touchscreen compatible.
Passage helmet
The shell of this premium helmet is made of ultra-light carbon. Its low weight means the driver tires less quickly and thus increases comfort. Four intake vents and two exhaust vents provide the rider with multiple adjustable ventilation options.
The helmet is compatible with the Harley-Davidson Boom! Audio 20S Bluetooth helmet headset, which can be connected to a smartphone, allowing, among other things, communication with the passenger or other riders.
Grit helmet
Its polycarbonate shell with Bar and Shield logo is extremely durable and therefore extremely long-lasting. Three intake vents and two exhaust vents provide the rider with multiple adjustable ventilation options.
The helmet is compatible with the Harley-Davidson Boom! Audio 20S Bluetooth helmet headset, which can be connected to a smartphone, allowing, among other things, communication with the passenger or other riders.
REV'IT! Gravel H20 Boots (for men)
These boots are made of durable materials and high quality components. This means they can withstand the challenges of off-road tours and last for many years.
Thermoformed Shin Guard: The shin plate is heated and then precisely molded to the sensitive shin area to ensure a precise, customized fit.
Thermoformed heel cup and toe cap: provide the foot with additional protection without compromising comfort.
One-piece laminated Hydratex-Sphere (H2O) construction creates a waterproof, breathable barrier. The outer material does not absorb water, so the rider's feet stay dry without compromising their comfort or dexterity.
The outer layer is made of Omega full-grain cowhide leather, ensuring good durability and driving comfort.
The rubber abrasion edge minimizes damage caused by flying stones and dirt while driving or the repeated wear and tear of turning your feet.
