The Harley-Davidson LiveWire is the first purely electric motorcycle from a mass-produced manufacturer. Who would have thought that Milwaukee, of all places, would be the first to take this step into the future. But the step was well thought out and the LiveWire was further developed to series maturity, not least based on customer feedback since the first prototypes were presented in 2014, and was actually presented to customers in Europe in spring 2020.

Customer feedback from over 500 test rides significantly influenced the decision!
In the last two years, the general conditions for marketing LiveWire anything but easy. We also organized various test ride events under Corona conditions and collected and processed customer feedback from these over 500 test rides.
This resulted in the concrete idea for the “Factory Group Package Deal” . This project was also influenced by the founding of the HD Group's own LiveWire in July 2021 and the price of the first model “LiveWire One” . Apart from the color scheme and the lack of HD lettering “LiveWire One” is otherwise almost identical to the 2020 HD LiveWire .
100 LiveWire electric motorcycles and 5 top packages!
Based on the many conversations with test drivers and customers and the development of the LiveWire topic in the USA, we made specific efforts to implement our marketing concept for the HD LiveWire. We were in discussions with the Motor Company on and off for several months about this.
At the beginning of December 2021, we were awarded the contract to purchase a of 100 Harley-Davidson LiveWire . Almost at the same time, the world was informed that the LiveWire brand would be spun off from the HD Group and a start-up company called “LiveWire” would be founded. Harley-Davidson has a 74% stake in this company, which is intended to further advance electromobility on motorcycles in the next few years.
HD LiveWire Cockpit – Unplug to Ride
Probably the last electric Harley-Davidson that is also a Harley-Davidson.
Since December, everything for us as a Factory Group has been about offering the last Harley-Davidson LiveWire to customers in Germany with attractive conditions. An additional positive aspect that should not go unmentioned is that the LiveWire of the 2020 model year will be the first and probably only electric Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
The past has shown us at Harley-Davidson that almost all “One Year Only” models have later become contemporary witnesses and collector’s items . Factory Group Electro Package
When purchasing the purely electric HD LiveWire, a Serial 1 “Mosh City” e-bike is included as a free bonus upon customer request. For the electric fan, the Mosh City is the sensible complement to the LiveWire in terms of style and is ideal for getting around on short distances in the city and at home. Of course, when you're out and about, you'll also be on the “Mosh City” with Harley-Davidson lettering on the frame and therefore, like on the LiveWire, as a Harley rider .

Riding Position & Tire Package
The LiveWire is the ideal fun device for the home route and also for appointments in the city. You can achieve a relaxed driving position when traveling through the city with the various handlebars and seats we tested. Based on our experience, we have put together a suitable package that, together with the optimal tires, ensures a cool look and plenty of grip when starting at traffic lights. Of course, we also have a special tire recommendation for the home route.

, the federal government has motorcycles when promoting electromobility or perhaps simply forgotten them. We therefore give our LiveWire customers the Factory Group “environmental bonus” in the form of a deposit of up to €5,000 when financing the HD LiveWire . sound module developed for the LiveWire ensures that you don't have to ask the surrounding bikers to step aside when you start at the meeting point at the push of a button. Sayings like “Is it on yet?” are nipped in the bud by the individually adjustable engine sound. The sound provides additional safety and lots of prying eyes at low speeds.
