Glenn Happe from Kassel wins the weekend at the Edersee meeting 2012
A weekend at the Edersee Meeting 2012 with a rental Harley and an overnight stay in a hotel – RADIO BOB! listeners Glenn and Karin Happe from Kassel were happy about this prize. At the end of June, the rock'n pop station was looking for extraordinary biker stories, the best of which was then rewarded with this main prize.
Glenn Happe's story convinced the RADIO BOB! jury: After a burnout, the 51-year-old completely turned his life around a year and a half ago, lost 47 kilograms and then fulfilled a big dream at the age of 50: a motorcycle license and a Harley .
After Glenn stopped by the Edersee meeting last year with a driving school machine, he and his wife were now able to thanks to RADIO BOB! and Harley-Davidson Kassel will enjoy the biker weekend from June 29th to July 1st, exclusively equipped and with first-class accommodation.
Arno Werkmeister from Harley-Davidson-Kassel handed over the “Fatboy” to the passionate Harley fans – a similar model to the one in the Happes’ home garage.
After a welcome from RADIO BOB! presenter Christine Kroke, the two plunged into the biker fray. “It was just a wonderful weekend!” enthused the couple, “Many thanks to the entire RADIO BOB team!”
