WITH CHARITY T-SHIRT: HARLEY-DAVIDSON EUROPE SUPPORTS HUMANITARIAN AID IN UKRAINE

Donation proceeds come from T-shirt sales; Collaboration takes place with the Open Mind Foundation

NEW ISENBURG, April 29, 2022 - Harley-Davidson Charity T-Shirt - Under the motto " HD for Ukraine a special edition T-shirt in collaboration with the Open Mind Foundation The proceeds from the limited edition will benefit humanitarian aid projects in Ukraine. “Like so many people, our employees wanted to help and therefore launched the 'HD for Ukraine' program,” says Kolja Rebstock , Harley-Davidson Regional Vice President EMEA . “The t-shirt was designed by employees and features the colors of the Ukrainian flag over the iconic Harley-Davidson logo on the chest. The words 'UNITED WE RIDE' on the back of the shirt represent the spirit of Harley-Davidson - to help when needed.”

For every t-shirt sold, 50 percent ^* of the purchase price goes to the Open Mind Foundation, a charity based in Kiev, Ukraine that provides emergency assistance in the form of transportation, shelter, food and medicine, and essential childcare items to help people in need to support.

In keeping with the Harley-Davidson® motto ' United We Ride, ' the HD® community, including the Harley-Davidson dealer network, has demonstrated ongoing efforts to help those in need. Numerous retailers and their employees from Germany have carried out various relief campaigns with tireless commitment. Other measures launched in Europe include the following:

• The HD® dealer in Prague, Czech Republic, organized the transport and accommodation of over 5,000 war refugees and brought them safely across the border to Ubľa in the Czech Republic. The team also organized work permits for a group of women and helped secure places for their children in local schools.

• The HOG ® team in Vilnius, Lithuania, has so far donated more than 10,000 euros to the official fund established on behalf of the Ukrainian government to support people and communities affected by the war.

• HOG® Warsaw, Poland, has organized several relief trips with the authorities and is delivering goods directly to the HOG® West Chapter of Ukraine.

• Ukraine's HOG® Kyiv, Odessa, Western and Central Chapters continue to help where they can, sharing information and communicating widely to channel help from other communities outside of Ukraine.

• The HD® dealer in Sopron, Hungary, has provided over 30 wheelchairs to hospitals.

• The HOG® Chapter Prešov and Bratislava, Slovakia, as well as the HOG® Chapter Budapest, Hungary, donated essential goods and clothing.
