Twenty years and not a bit quiet

The “House of Thunder” in Lübeck celebrates its 20th anniversary on September 19th and the official opening as a Harley-Davidson
dealership . In 1995, Jörg and Erik Vauth founded the “House of Thunder” . From the very beginning, everything for the two V-Twin fans revolved around the machines from Milwaukee , Wisconsin and professional customizing. The international breakthrough in the custom scene came in 2002 when they won all the renowned bike shows in Daytona with the bike “Simply the best” and were able to climb the winners' podium in the USA again 10 years later with the same bike, what with the quality and uniqueness of this project.
In 2015, Harley-Davidson Germany GmbH the enthusiasm of the committed Lübeck residents with a dealer contract. Since then, the Hanseatic company has been able to call itself “ Harley-Davidson Lübeck ” - and began to make major additions and renovations to their company headquarters at Taschenmacherstrasse 6 so that their newly appointed Harley-Davidson representative has the perfect look.
Twenty years of “House of Thunder”, the authorized dealer certificate and the official opening of the converted company – that has to be celebrated!
That's why the people of Lübeck invite all motorcycle and music fans as well as everyone who just wants to get a taste of biker air to the “Grand Opening” on September 19th.
All owners of “House of Thunder” custom bikes are also invited – with their machines, of course. The “homecoming” of the numerous machines refined by the “HOT” team should make eyes shine and provide plenty of topics to talk about. The team asks for a short email to Jens@Harley-Davidson-Luebeck.de. The HOT bikes will be presented on stage by Frank Sander and there will also be a bike award. By the time it opens, a superlative American bike store On September 19th, visitors can of course take a look behind the scenes, discover the art of finishing and examine the latest creations from the “House of Thunder”.
The Lübeck team is available to answer questions, whether it's about the individual touch for the bike, clothing and accessories, machine maintenance or a professionally carried out performance upgrade. Of course, the team led by managing directors Jens Pott and Jörg Vauth took care of the culinary needs of the guests. The party starts musically with “ Jimmy Cornett and the Deadmen ”, who are known to rock the stage. A fundraising campaign such as a raffle for the Herzenswunsch eV , in which seriously ill children have their wishes fulfilled, is important to the Lübeck team and so, among other things, the raffle and drinks proceeds are donated to the project.
HD test drives be offered and suppliers such as Jekill and Hyde , NHPower , Schrammwerk and many more will also be on site and round off the program. If you note the date of September 19th in your calendar and enter “ HD Lübeck, Taschenmacherstrasse 6 ” after it, you will be greeted by further surprises and custom bikes from two decades.
It starts at 10 a.m., there's a lot to see, test drives are also possible! The raffle raffle will be around 6:00 p.m. and Jimmy Cornett and the Deadmen will be live on stage from around 6:30 p.m., the end is open.
